We kindly ask that everyone be seated by 3:45 PM, and you’re welcome to arrive as early as 3:30 PM to enjoy the pre-ceremony atmosphere. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. If any guests arrive after 4:00 PM, they will be shuttled to the venue after the ceremony. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

We kindly ask that only invited guests attend to help us accommodate everyone comfortably—please check your RSVP for who is included in your party. We also ask that only children who are listed on your RSVP should attend. Thank you for understanding!

We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. We ask that all phones and cameras be turned off and put away until the celebration afterward.

Parking attendants will guide you to an open lot. Shuttle service will run from the lot to the venue before the ceremony and again after the festivities to return guests to their vehicles. Guests who request handicapped parking will be directed to a parking lot closer to the venue.

Yes — the venue is easy to find! An entrance marker on County Road 8 (also known as Childersburg Fayetteville Hwy) will clearly direct you to the driveway and the designated parking path.
